Located in a very nice area, the hotel is close to a bus station that takes passengers to Firenze downtown for a reasonable price. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy, with warm lighting and cozy atmosphere. the staff are very kind and welcoming, and the breakfast is acceptable with some tasty options. Free and safe parking in front of the hotel is a great advantage who have a car and want to explore the surroundings.
The internet connection is only available in the reception area, and it is very slow and almost unusable.

Convenient location, just a quick 5-minute stroll to the Pratignone train station. Plus, it's only a mile away from the beautiful Il Castello di Calenzano castle 🏰.

The shower is so tiny that none fits (even my 40 kg wife). The water everywhere in bathroom.

Good location near the motorway. Very nice restaurant in front of the hotel reasonable priced. Hotel staff very helpful. Clean and spacious room . Good internet connection. Good continental breakfast. Good parking.
One problem with this hotel is the bathroom. One cannot sit on the toilet due to the bidet is to close. They should discard the bidet since the bathroom is small.

Over the Easter weekend, my partner and I had an enjoyable stay at a hotel where we received excellent service from the staff. the location was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance of some great restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the free parking and the comfortable beds provided in the spacious rooms.
The breakfast spread was not very diverse and could have been better. we experienced some noise from outside during the night, which was slightly disturbing.

Reasonably well priced, staff were helpful and friendly, fresh made coffee was great.
Hotel was noisy, could hear people talking in other rooms and walking along hallway. Breakfast was disappointing, not much choice.

Parking and internet was good. The price was low. Lifts were working. Everything was there but in moderation.
The shower curtain did not keep the water inside. At the breakfast table cheaper options are presented.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, with a bus station only steps away for easy transportation to Santa Maria Novela train station in Florence. The breakfast was delicious and included a variety of sweet cakes and meats. The staff was polite, friendly, and willing to help with any questions we had. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean with double glazed windows that provided a good night's sleep.
Nothing it was perfect.

Good daily staff
Miguel (night administrator) is always drunk. The breakfast is poor. Quite far from Florence.

Friendly staff. Plenty of free parking..
Very mediocre rooms, facilities and breakfast. y single room bed was like a sofa with a pillow. Cheap and nasty bathroom. Not at all worth the price, which is presumably charged due to its proximity to Florence. No restaurant, and a poor choice of local alternatives.
